How to set up payment method and choose beneficiary?

It’s important to set up your payment method with accurate information to ensure you receive your payments. The first thing you’ll need to select is your Account Type: Individual or Business. The account type and all relevant fields are required for us to process payments. This additional information is required by our banks to comply with international “Know Your Customer” (KYC) and anti-money laundering regulations.

If you select Individual, it will automatically select you (the account holder) as the payment beneficiary. Please ensure the name on your Model account is accurate and up to date.

If a business is receiving your payments, the business representative must be the account holder.

Individual Account Requirements

  • Beneficiary Name: This must be the account holder. If your legal name is spelled incorrectly, please contact support.
  • The “Address on File” will automatically match the address the one you entered on the Account Details tab in your Core Settings.

How to set up CosmoPayment

Cosmo Payment is free, safe, and offers global access, meaning you can withdraw from your local ATM machine, make online and in-store purchases wherever debit and credit cards are accepted, and view your bank statements online or with the Cardportal app.

- Start by filling out the registration form on their website and then submit the required documents to get verified. Once you’ve signed up, you could download the Cardportal mobile app and register your card so you’ll have access to your money and banking information anytime. (Apple Store) (Google Play).

- Once you've registered, head over to the Payments tab in your Core Settings, select Cosmo as your Payment Method, and enter the 9-digit SAN number you got from Cosmo.

How to set up USDT?

USDT is a crypto currency that follows the US dollar, meaning one USDT token is equal to one US dollar. USDT transactions can be done globally within a few seconds and there are no fees.

Since USDT and TRON blockchain have partnered up, we can now pay Models securely through TRONlink, a cryptocurrency wallet. Here's how:

-Download the TronLink wallet app. (Apple Store) (Google Play)

- Create your account and give your wallet a name. Then pick a password and create a backup mnemonic phrase by clicking on “back up now.” Be sure you jot it down somewhere and then click on “I have saved it securely.” Follow the instructions to confirm your mnemonic phrase and once that’s done, click on “carry out” to complete the sign-up process.

Xev_Bellringer.png

-Once it’s all set up, click on “USDT” in the main home page to start sending and receiving payments. This is where you’ll see all your transactions.

-Click on “received” and then “copy the receipt address.” Then head over to your Model Settings page, select USDT under Payment Method, and paste the numerical sequence beside it.

Cryptocurrency Coins and Considerations

While Pornhub is pleased to offer multiple payment options to better suit your needs, we encourage you to learn about the payment method you choose, especially cryptocurrency.

Cryptocurrency is a virtual medium of exchange. The term “cryptocurrency” doesn’t refer to any specific currency, but rather a blanket term for the thousands of coins in circulation today. If you choose cryptocurrency as your preferred payment method, it’s important to consider a few things like fluctuating fees and volatility

Which Coins Does Pornhub Support?

The table below represents the supported coins [1] and their minimum wallet criteria:

USDT  VERGE – begins with D
Erc20 – begins with 0x
Trc20 – begins with T

Despite crypto being generally anonymous, you will be required to provide additional identifying information along with your wallet ID. You can review these new requirements by going to your payment settings.

 How Are Fees Calculated?

Pornhub does not charge fees for the use of crypto, but the network facilitating the transaction does. There are three possible categories to look out for:

  • Transaction fees
  • Gas fees
  • Burn fees

We are unable to determine which may apply to you or if additional fee categories exist outside of those listed above. Fees are unpredictable and beyond Pornhub’s control.

 What Is Crypto Volatility?

The volatility of crypto is an ever-present characteristic in the coin market. The value of the coin you choose can change instantly without notice, and unfortunately, the estimate you expect may differ from the actual amount you receive.

Keep in mind that Pornhub uses a live exchange rate, which means that the outgoing amount is set at the point of execution. The moment of execution is contingent on internal processes only and is not determined by market value or other considerations.

Please consider that Pornhub is not responsible for volatility at the time of exchange and unfortunately, cannot accept returned payments once the transaction is complete.

[1]Pornhub reserves the right to adjust available coins based on internal regulations.

How often do I get paid?

The payments are made monthly, and only when you've reached a minimum of $100.

If $100.00 is not made prior to the first of the month, the amount carries over to the next month.

Payouts are processed during the first week of every month. Payment processing time is dependent on the method selected.

If we require more information from you in order to process your payment, you will be contacted via email. Please make sure to keep your email address associated with your account up to date!

Processing Times

Paxum - Deposited during the second or third week of the month

Check - Delivered between the third and fourth week of the month

Direct Deposit (US and Canadian models only) - Deposited during the second or third week of the month

Verge - Deposited during the second or third week of the month

SEPA - Deposited during the second or third week of the month

You can change your payment method and address in the Payments tab* in your Core Settings. Be sure to change it before the end of the month in order to avoid missing payments!

*You must be logged in to access your earnings tab.

When will I receive my payment?

Delays apply once your earnings are marked as “pending.”

Example: if your earnings are marked pending on Friday, February 5th, your Paxum payment should be expected from the 14th to the 19th as these dates fall within the 7 – 10 business day period.

Paxum: 7 – 10 business days

Check/Cheque: 2 – 4 weeks*

Direct Deposit: 7 – 10 business days**

Crypto: 7 – 10 business days

Cosmo: 7 – 10 business days

*Time frame is dependent on the beneficiary’s location, checks are printed in the USA. Please note that a tracking number cannot be provided.

**This is generally true, but bank processing times could vary depending on your institution.

What is the minimum payout?

Payments are sent once per month on the condition that you have met the minimum threshold of $100 USD.

If your earnings are less than the minimum threshold of $100 USD by the last day of the month, the amounts will roll over to the next month and will continue to roll over until you reach the minimum.

Why wasn't I paid?

There are a few reasons why a payment wouldn't be issued to you:

  1. You did not make the minimum of $100 before the end of the month. Don't worry, the earnings will be carried over to next month.
  2. We are missing performer IDs. We have reached out to you via email in regards to missing IDs and there is a notification in the Payments tab of your Core Settings. In order to be eligible for future payments, please upload them in the Co-Performers tab that's also located in your Core Settings.
  3. Your payment beneficiary does not match the Account Holder. Payments can only be issued to the Account Holder.

Why your payment is being held:

If you’ve reached the minimum payout of $100, you’re not missing any IDs and your verification is complete, please read below:

You haven’t set up a form of payment

  • When you select a form of payment it is important to fill out the payment form, if the fields are left empty then the payment cannot be issued

Missing payment information

-             A valid billing address is required for all direct deposit payments — please note that PO Boxes are not accepted.

-             All direct deposit payments require valid banking details in their appropriate fields — this varies depending on your location and is outlined in the Payments tab of your Core Settings.

-             A valid shipping address is required for all paper check payments

-             Wallet IDs are required for USDT and Verge

-             Paxum email address is required for Paxum

-             Cosmo requires a valid 9-digit SAN number

Your payment is being held for further identification

-             Please get in touch with one of our Model Coordinators for more information on how to release the payment.

You can make necessary changes and revise your payment details in the Payments tab of your Core Settings

I didn't receive payment, now what?

If you see a payment marked as paid in your earnings tab, and you have not yet received your money within the specified processing time, please follow these steps in order:

  1. Check to see if we have reached out to you at the email connected to your Model account (be sure to check your junk folder!). If you haven’t received any notification from us, move on to step 2.
  2. a) Contact your banking institution for assistance to locate the payment, make sure that the amount you’re looking for is the one reflected in your earnings tab for the corresponding earning month.

*Please take into account conversion rate if you were paid with EUR, AUD or CAD — your earnings tab reflects USD only and not the converted amount.

         b) Contact your designated payment processor (Cosmo, Verge, USDT, Paxum) and request confirmation of payment.

c.) If your banking institution or processor is unable to locate the payment in question, please reach out to one of our Model Coordinators for further assistance.

Please be aware that we may be unable to reissue missing payments that are greater than 1 year from the original date of issuance.
